BCO Award-winning Cadworks provides 95,000 sqft world class office space in the commercial heart of Glasgow and is one of the country’s greenest office buildings with a range of facilities new to the City.
Cadworks has sustainability at its core and occupier community at its heart and is the first building in Glasgow not only to be essentially car-free but also to feature a cycle-in access ramp leading to spa-style changing areas.
In the entrance area there are a range of meet-up spaces design and app enabled to create a sense of user community which leads to spacious and light filled upper floorplates of 10,000 sqft with panoramic views across the city.

Cadworks is Glasgow's first office building in operation that is net zero carbon and possesses all the necessary accreditations – BREEAM Excellent, EPC A, AirScore Gold and WiredScore Platinum, as well as achieving Scotland's highest ever ActiveScore rating.
