Planning Application submitted for Minerva Way Build-to-Rent development in Finnieston
< LatestCooper Cromar are delighted to confirm that a Planning Application has recently been submitted for the Minerva Way Build-to-Rent development in Finnieston, Glasgow on behalf of Redevco.
It is proposed that this new sustainable community of 362 apartments will replace an existing warehouse-style gym, which is adjacent to our other site, G3 Square in Finnieston.
The site is split between two apartment blocks dressed in high-quality sustainable facades with a soft internal courtyard garden.
The development seeks to create a distinctive and unique environment at its heart – a soft green centre - reflecting the themes of sustainability, community and placemaking.
