Cadworks: setting the standard for future design

Cooper Cromar are working with FORE Partnerships to deliver Cadworks, Cadogan Street – aimed to be one of the most sustainable and socially impactful buildings in Scotland.

The building will contribute to the regeneration of Glasgow’s Central Business District and has been designed to enhance the health and wellbeing of the occupier and wider community. With a mix of communal spaces, breakout areas and Scotland’s first ever cycle-in access ramp, Cadworks is designed to make working easier and more enjoyable.

Construction is progressing well on-site with Bowmer and Kirkland, with the concrete core and basement completed along with the first five floors of steelwork. All running to programme, the remainder of the steelwork will be completed before Christmas. We are looking forward to the building’s completion in Q4 2021.
