After what has been an unprecedented time since the lockdown began in March 2020, everyone at Cooper Cromar is excited to be returning to our Glasgow office in the fantastic newly refurbished ONYX building which we have delivered for our client CEG!
ONYX tenants can take advantage of the space at the new on-site café and will be able to relax, grab a coffee and bite to eat while using the space to socialise or hold informal meetings.
With health and wellbeing having a huge impact on improving productivity, ONYX now has outstanding facilities for cyclists and joggers on the basement floor. There are now 100 cycle racks, male and female showers, changing rooms and a bike repair station.
The upper floors have been upgraded to offer highly flexible and virtually column free bright floorplates which can easily be customised to suit the needs of the tenants.
There are also fully-fitted out flexible spaces on offer on the ground and sixth floors for smaller early stage businesses who might need to adapt their space as they grow and established businesses as a satellite office.
The building renovation, led by owners CEG was safely delivered by Cooper Cromar, Innes Building Consultancy, Troup Bywaters + Anders, Struer, Astute and Pendant Interiors.
